Location: Forest Home Christian Camp (Forest Falls, CA)
Who: Incoming 3rd–5th graders
Cost: $625 (scholarships available)

After you complete this form and submit your deposit, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a link to register your child directly in the Forest Home system and complete all required camp forms. Please keep your eye out for that email!
